      This machine is a hot melt adhesive coating machine. The machine has two heads of slot die coating and two melting units. This enables to coat on both sides of the substrate in single            operation. As a result it gives double production and less wastage.

• Rewind: for Laminate to hold 310mm max. width material up to 480 mm Dia. Max. 76 MM core ID. Tapper tension controlled winding. AC Drive for controlled winding with magnetic Clutch of 100 Nm.
• Permelter2 sets of PM 24: Tank capacity 24 Lit.. Melting Capacity 12 Lit/hr, liquid tank capacity 12 Lit., Pump Capacity 0.4 Lit/Min. , Accurate Temp. Control and Accurate flow control.
